Research:
I'm interested in developing and characterizing functional hydrogels for 3DP applications.
Bio:
I grew up in the coastal city of Lima-Peru and I am happy to be back by the Pacific ocean. I did research on nanocomposite and polyelectrolyte complex hydrogels during my undergraduate and masters studies. I spent a few years working in industry formulating resins for DLP 3D Printing (3DP) of hydrogels. I'm excited to join the Segalman group and start research to 3D print functional ion conducting hydrogels. In my free time you can find me playing the ukulele, walking to the beach, or finding a new coffee shop.
